Battersea Arts Centre

A most delightful and creative catering job. The couple decided to depart from a traditional sit down dinner and decided to focus the catering on canapes and buffet stations serving a plethora of world cuisine.

We created and served up 8,000 canapes on the day as well as serving a variety of street food inspired snacks from four buffet stations which went down a treat and visually was a delight to behold!

The day was perfect! The setting is fantastic and we were lucky enough to have weather which allowed an outdoor buffet stands.

Great day at Newland Manor, wedding couple started with Breakfast followed by traditional lunch and evening reception with a rare of canapes with silver service main course.

Sezincote Indian House – Cotswold Hills

Catering at this beautiful intercultural (Gujarati and English) wedding set in the hills of the Cotswold at the stunning Sezincote House was a delight. We worked with the couple to create a fantastic banquet menu, featuring dishes from around the world. Food service included a buffet lunch, floating Canapes and silver service reception dinner. The bride, groom and their respective parents were delighted with the catering and the execution on the day.

Royal Horseguards Hotel – Westminster

We will always remember this event as “Lost in space” the kitchen we were allocated was in the basement with the wedding reception on the 4th floor of the venue, as you can imagine, logistically this was quite a challenge. Lunch included a delightful multi cuisine buffet and a five course banquet dinner of European classic dishes that delighted all the guests.

Northbrook Park

This wedding was set in the beautiful grounds of Northbrook Park with peacocks roaming around and a delightful rustic orangery. The menu for this wedding traversed three cuisines with our creativity and versatility coming to the fore in serving up a Turkish lunch, English canapes and Indian dinner banquet. A true test of the team’s stamina which rewarded by the smiles of the bride and groom.
