We knew that our day was going to be a big task and many guests were foodies who were looking forward to tasting a Masterchef finalist’s fine food.
I lost count of how many caterers we went to see in the lead up to our wedding, but when we tasted your food it was an easy decision as it so delicious that my taste buds are still salivating. You were extremely flexible when it came to designing a menu that suited us and the food on the day was excellent. I’d recommend you to anyone looking to have your food on their wedding day.

We initially met Daksha after finding her website online and noting that she was previously a finalist on BBC’s Masterchef programme. After the first meeting we were very impressed with her knowledge of menus and her ideas for combinations of tastes. We were even more impressed following the food tasting session , after which we knew she was the right person to cater for our reception.
Dakshas has a very personal service.w herein the initial meetings , she spend the time to get to know the client and find out their vision for each event. she followed this up with several meetings with the event manager as well as the other suppliers involved in our wedding. The planned event was initially for 450 guests and Daksha was flexible enough to allow us to change our numbers ta short notice to 420 in total.
On the day, Daksha arranged and coordinated the champagne reception, canapés and dining for 420 guests, all the cutlery, 25 waiting staff and kicten staff in an extremely professional manner.
The end result was an evening that went like clockwork The reception started on time, the staff were in the right places at the right times and most importantly the guests tremendously enjoyed the food and the night.
We would highly recommend Dakshas to anyone looking for a quality catering service for their wedding or event.

We know that our night was an enormous task – with lots of mouths to feed and tricky areas to manouver. You and your team managed to cater for our 400 guest with ease. We felt confident that you would deliver and you did. The tasting session was enormously helpful in making up our minds over what dishes to choose and our guests were extremely complimentary about the dishes, in particular the amazing array of canapés. Aniqah loved the desserts which looked as good as they tasted!
You were quick to respond to any worries, questions or advice, so thank you for going above and beyond to help us with all our catering questions. We felt that we could contact you for any query, no matter how small, which was very reassuring at such a stressful time! We were very impressed and appreciative of how you independently made contact with the venue and dealt directly with them, which resulted in less work for us! We knew that you would arrive prepared as a consequence, you also left the venue in good time and even offered to help us with our broken down car!

Dakshas cooking was amazing, both Indian and Turkish dishes were mouth-watering and presented beautifully; the canapés and trio of desserts were outstanding. Daksha was very professional, organised and so hospitable, she certainly exceeded our expectations for our wedding catering.
As my husband is Turkish Cypriot, so trying to cater for both parties, seemed quite daunting and to be honest impossible for some caterer not only stressful for us to locate such caterer.
We had seen numerous caterers and were disappointed in many aspects and finally found Dakshas advertisement in a magazine and the reviews were brilliant. At first my in-laws were sceptical but after our food tasting they were astonished and relieved that Dakshas food was true to her word.
Daksha and her team were brilliant on the night they worked hard to make sure our big day was a memorable one. Our guests loved the food and praised Dakshas food for weeks after.

Daksha provided catering for our wedding, we had a welcome lunch which was a served buffet, a sit-down meal, and an evening buffet, catering for 200 guests.Daksha’s creative culinary insight provided us with a contemporary Indian cuisine that pleased the pallet of an international guest list, inclusive of eight different countries.
Our evening buffet consisted of a unique blend of international dishes, for this Daksha’s catering cannot be defined within a particular cuisine as she drew upon global influences to create a unique blend of herbs, spices and flavours to deliver a fusion of tastes and options that could fit any occasion and please a diverse guestlist.
Daksha and her team provided us with an exceptional service in a timely and professional manner. Daksha herself is a determined and innovative individual whom we trusted implicitly to deliver a banquet worthy of the momentous occasion that was our wedding day, Daksha surpassed any expectations we held. One of the first comments our guests are still making to us regarding our wedding day is how fabulous, flavourful and enjoyable the food was. No demand was too great or small for Daksha, she went above and beyond the role of caterer and was able to play a part in the smooth running of the day in its entirety.
We owe a debt of gratitude to Daksha for her professionalism, her knowledge and skilful approach, which resulted in a stress free and fantastic day for us both. We can only hope we have the need to call upon her talents again soon.
